INFRASTRUCTURE NEEDS FOR ESTABLISHING IST AUTHORIZE TRAINING CENTER An IST Authorized Training Center can be established in any city in India. In fact it can be established wherever there is a need for PV Solar Training. The following are the infrastructure needs for establishing the "IST Authorized Training Center"..
